Panel lights are the fixture of the suspended office ceiling: the unit drops into a standard ceiling grid with a flat luminous face, so looking up you see an even bright surface rather than a glare point. It is the familiar choice for offices, classrooms, clinics and co-working areas.
What stands out

Choosing the right one
Start from the building's actual ceiling grid, not from wattage — the two common sizes are 600x600mm and 1200x300mm. On colour, neutral white is the safe choice for workspaces; cool white reads alert but tires the eyes over a full day, while warm white suits waiting areas better than work areas. This group is for dry indoor use only.
