Factory LED lighting

Factories are a high-ceiling, dusty problem. At 6–12m, a 100–200W LED high-bay replaces a 250–400W discharge lamp — but only if sized correctly: choose wattage from target illuminance and mounting height, never by scaling the old wattage. Wash-down areas need IP65 or better; dusty areas need a lower maintenance factor in the calculation, otherwise illuminance drops below standard within two years unnoticed. Sites with conveyors or fast machinery should avoid flicker — ask for the flicker metric before committing.
